Attahiru B Usman is an Environmental Specialist. He gained an Msc in applied hydrobiology in the University of Wales UK in 1997 and since then has been involved in Environmental Consultancy. He has co-ordinated several environmental projects including the Study for the design of Intergrated Waste Management Facility in Jos, Nigeria for the Federal Ministry of Environment and the Environmental impact assessment for the Nasarawa World Bank Community Based Infrastructure Development Project . He was also Project Director for the environmental impact assessment of Ibeto Cement Terminal, Portharcourt and the Atlas Cement Terminal Onne Portharcourt.
Attahiru B Usman was Project Director for the Environmental Audit of Dangote Cement Terminal, Aliko Terminal Lagos and the Environmental Audit of Dangote Sugar Factory, Apapa Port Complex Lagos, Project Director for the environmental impact assessment of the proposed dualization of the East-West road for the Federal Ministry of Works, Project Director for the environmental impact assessment of Grimaldi RO-RO Terminal, Apapa- Lagos and is currently Project Director for the Environmental Audit for Etisala (EMTS) BTS sites in Northern Nigeria.
Ted Bielinski is a British Chartered Engineer and has been resident in Nigeria for most of the last 25 years. He has 45 years experience and has played a wide-ranging management and direction role in most of the two to three hundred significant projects undertaken by the company.
He has been continuously involved since 1988 on World Bank funded urban infrastructure projects in Ondo, Benue, Lagos, and Nasarawa states. He overcame numerous challenges and played a central role to ensure the successful completion of these projects. His most relevant involvement with World Bank Projects has been as Project Director on design and supervision of urban roads rehabilitation in the World Bank Lagos Urban Transport (LUTP).
Ayo Akideinde was Chairman and Director of Akideinde Allott & Lomax (Nigeria) Ltd. He is now a Director of Allott (Nigeria) Ltd. He has 45 years experience in the Engineering industry, five of which has been devoted to the Power Industry. As a confederation of British Industry Scholar, he worked for Allott & Lomax in England for 2 years.
He has practised Civil Engineering for 29 years, during which he has been principal of our consultancy firm for 12 years. He has a wide range of expertise in management, planning, and design of many projects, in Civil and Structural Engineering.
Festus Igboekwu has a wide knowledge of Civil Engineering work particularly in construction of roads, drainage, and Structural Engineering projects such as factories, hotels and hospitals. He was involved in the design of roads, drains, stream channelisation and infrastructure for industrial Estates on Ondo Infrastructure Development Project funded by the World Bank.
He was Chief Resident Engineer for the supervision of Atlas cement Terminal Onne Portharcourt and is currently the Chief Resident Engineer for the supervision of Ibeto Cement Terminal Portharcourt. He was also Chief Resident Engineer for the supervision Supervision for the Rehabilitation of Sandamu-Rogogo-Babban Mutum Road for the Katsina State Ministry of Works Housing and Transport. He is currently Resident Engineer for the World Bank Ogun State Community Based Urban Development Project.
James Adepoju has broad–based experience in Civil Engineering-Structures, Drainage Water Supply, Irrigation Highway-spanning design and supervision. He specialises in Structural Engineering-design of structural members in steel, timber and reinforced concrete. He has undertaken structural designs of buildings, workshop, water retaining structures-tanks (underground, ground and overhead), swimming pool- high rise building, bridges, erosion control structures and highly involved in construction supervision. He has also been involved in teaching engineering courses and student projects supervision. He was involved in studies of urban infrastructures for Ogun State and some towns in Oyo State at different times.
John Adepoju has 20 years of experience in quantity surveying and cost consultancy on industrial, commercial and civil engineering including oil and gas projects.
He was involved in the preparation of the overall cost estimate of some World Bank and EU projects (such as Ogun river antisalinity weir & oilpalm mills), the preparation of bids documents, assessment of bids, certification of contractors' interim valuation and settlement of final accounts. He has considerable site experience in oil and gas projects (NNPC petrochemical, Mobil OSO II & Shell gas plant). He is extremely conversant with current prices of civil and building works and up to-date techniques in budgeting, cost control and management.
Sunday Ojemoron has 20 years of experience in planning, designing and supervision of engineering projects with particular experience in infrastructure including design of water treatment plants, pipelines drainage and roads.
He was engaged as a Deputy Project Manager on Benue State Infrastructure Project funded by the World Bank from 1988 until 1990 on the design stage and from 1992 until 1994 on the construction stage.From July 1990 until October 1991, he was involved in Customer Enumeration Project for Lagos State Water Corporation. The project included the identification and enumeration of all existing and future water customers in Lagos State.Sunday Ojemoron was also engaged in the supervision of contractors on the Ondo State Infrastructure Development Project. He is currently responsible for project management of rural water supply projects in Edo and Abia States
